The PreFeeder 4300 is a powerful cable feeding system for reels weighing up to 400 kg (880 lbs). The system distinguishes itself through its simple design and ease of use. For easy reel handling and fast changeovers, all axes are electrically driven. The PreFeeder 4300 uses a shaftless design for easy loading and unloading of reels.
The integrated cable accumulator controls the speed of the dereeling drive. Surveillance functions provide greater security during setup and operation. With this concept a cost efficient solution for a wide range of applications is achieved.

The PreFeeder 4650 is the ideal feeding system for high performance cable processing lines with reels weighing up to 600 kg. The system is available in two versions. One version can feed fairly flexible cables up to 18mm in diameter. Another version can feed less flexible cables up to 35mm in diameter.
The system is characterized by rugged construction and a powerful drive. For easy reel handling, all axes are motorized. They can be easily controlled by a simple remote control. Thanks to the special reel clamping and lifting concept, no heavy reel shafts or clamps have to be used. For space saving, the cable accumulator is located on the top of the machine.
