The WireStacker 3100 is a modular high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system consists of either a base element of 2.5 m (8.2 ft) or a base element with an extrension to 5 m (16.4 ft). The modules can be cascaded in combination according to required cable lengths. Built-in, synchronized driven transport belts allow to stack cables carefully and safely without cable jam even for very flexible cables.

Thermo Transfer Printing
The TTP 4000 is a programmable thermal transfer printer for high precision wire marking and meets even the most demanding quality requirements. Its innovative printing process allows automatic processing of cables with an outer diameter from 2 – 15 mm with outstanding results. The thermal transfer printing process of the TTP 4000 opens up a whole range of wire marking possibilities: from texts to barcode and graphics such as logos – all in excellent resolution for maximum readability.
- Marking of cables with texts, barcode and graphics (e.g. logos)
- Circumferential marking possible
- Can be operated as stand-alone benchtop unit or be integrated in automatic processing lines
- Simple programming
The HotStamp 4140 is designed for economical high quality marking of wires, cables and tubing. Character combinations and character sizes are freely selectable. Although primarily used for marking wires and cables, the HotStamp 4140 is suitable for marking all sorts of thermoplastic materials.
Coiling Machine Puller Type
Heavy-duty single pan coiling system for in-line or stand-alone coiling of wire, cable or tubing. Coils cables up to an inner diameter of 300 mm (13") and handles coils weighing up to 40 kg (88 lbs.). It features a rotary design with moveable pins to adjust for different coiling diameters. Several parameters can be programmed.
- Heavy-duty coiler
- Special design for adjusting to different coiling diameters
- Simple procedures for set up & programming
- Synchronization with cut & strip machines
- Convenient handling of the cable coil
Coiling Machine Puller Type
The CableCoiler 1300 is a stand-alone, fully synchronized high performance cable coiler for cut and strip machines. It coils all types of round cable with a maximum outer diameter of 12 mm (0.47") in high quality. Coiling diameters from 110 – 230 mm (4.33" - 9.06") and coil weights up to 10 kg (22.05 lbs.) allow for flexible production.
- High performance due to full synchronization
- Very short changeover time between different jobs
- Favorable price/performance ratio
- Simple operation with touch screen
