Schleuniger's most versatile stripping machine, the UniStrip 2600 can process many unique applications and wire & cable types, including discrete wire from 0.03 mm² up to 16 mm² (6 - 32 AWG), power cords (even multiple-conductors with different lengths, all in one cycle), multi-conductor cables, flat cables and others. The UniStrip 2600 is fully electric and features strong, quiet drives and fast cycle times.

UniStrip 2550

Stripping Machine

The UniStrip 2550 is a fully programmable stripping machine, offering high precision and flexibility. It strips wires ranging in size from 0.03 - 6 mm² (32 - 10 AWG) and jacketed cables up to 5.5mm (0.22") in diameter. The machine comes standard with V blades, the optimum solution for stripping most wires without having to change blades. The UniStrip 2550 can also be equipped with radius, die or flat blades, depending on the application. These special blade types are used for stripping wires with difficult to strip insulations such as Teflon, Kapton, Kynar, etc., typically used in the military and aerospace industries.

UniStrip 2500 – Stripping Machine

The UniStrip 2500 is a pneumatic wire and cable stripping machine and the perfect solution for stripping discrete wires and small multi-conductor cables up to 6 mm (0.24") O.D.. The compact machine strips lengths up to 30 mm (1.18") and comes standard with V-blades, the optimum solution for any ordinary stripping of stranded wire with no blade changeover necessary.

UniStrip 2300

Stripping Machine

The UniStrip 2300 programmable stripping machine strips wires ranging in size from 0.03 – 6 mm² (32 – 10 AWG) and jacketed cables up to 5.5 mm (0.22") in diameter. This innovative machine does not require any mechanical adjustments to process different wire sizes.

The UniStrip 2015 is a pneumatic wire and cable stripping machine and the perfect solution for stripping discrete wires and small multi-conductor cables up to 3.2 mm (0.12") O.D.. The compact machine strips lengths up to 20 mm (0.78").

Rotary Strip 2400

Stripping & Twisting Machine

The RotaryStrip 2400 is an impressive, fully programmable stripping machine with high precision and flexibility. Wire sizes from 0.013 - 6 mm² (36 - 10 AWG) can be processed without any mechanical adjustments. The RotaryStrip 2400 can strip wires with various insulation types including Kapton, Fiberglass and Teflon. The RotaryStrip 2400 also has the capability to strip and twist wires ranging in size from 0.14 mm - 2.5 mm² (26 - 13 AWG).
