Active Stacking Machine

The WireStacker 3150 is a high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system is available with 2.5 m (8.20 ft), 5 m (16.4 ft), 7.5 m (24.6 ft), or 10 m (32.8 ft) in length. Built in, synchronised driven transport belts allow stacking cables carefully and safely without wire jam even for very flabby wires.

Active Stacking Machine

The WireStacker 3100 is a modular high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system consists of either a base element of 2.5 m (8.2 ft) or a base element with an extrension to 5 m (16.4 ft). The modules can be cascaded in combination according to required cable lengths. Built-in, synchronized driven transport belts allow to stack cables carefully and safely without cable jam even for very flexible cables.

Passive Stacking Machine

The WireStacker 1000 is a passive wire stacking system with guide channel and collecting tray. It handles cable lengths up to 3 m (10 ft) and wires as small as 0.34 mm² (22 AWG).
