Stripper-Crimper Machine

The StripCrimp LPC is a semi-automatic benchtop machine for processing turned loose piece terminals (closed barrel) with a cross section range from 0.14 – 2.5 mm² (26 – 14 AWG). Key component is a highly flexible feeding module that first sorts and separates terminals with an integrated drum / track system and subsequently brings them into the correct crimping position.

The StripCrimp 30 is a pneumatic stripping- and crimping machine for the efficient and reliable processing of side feed and rear feed terminals with cross sections from 0.03 to 1,5 mm2 (AWG 32–16).
The machine concept incorporates a toggle press, meaning that both upper and lower parts of the applicator move towards each other. The machine is based on the concept of the former PP3 stripper crimper machine from Schleuniger.

Stripper-Crimper Machine

The StripCrimp 750 is a fully programmable machine for stripping and crimping wires from 0.05 - 4 mm² (11 - 30 AWG) in one operation. The highly flexible and electronically controlled benchtop unit accepts most universal or mini-style applicators for crimping both side-feed and rear-feed open barrel terminals.
